• Added progress bar for «loading faces» stage (only when using XMLHttpRequest). Wow.

• To increase performance, drawing goes in more «native» way, on ImageData of CanvasContext (followed by putImageData()), instead of calling fillRect() for each block.
• Added option to extract face data from a single raw file, using XMLHttpRequest.
