11.06.2017. Updates, v0.9.2

• Switched to Web Audio API. Sounds... different.

• Reduced number of sample files greatly, now single-per-instrument (thx2 .playbackRate).

• Added «Mode» selector. 4 standard: Major, Minor, Octave, Penta.

• Added «Align» parameter for simple(st) kind of «rhythm».

• Removed «Volume» parameter, DynamicsCompressor does the job.

• Added some instruments and presets.
